yes, really it (should) work with any SIP client that supports h.263 or h.263+ video. X-lite, Eyebeam, etc.

X-lite go's on your PC .. The n800 default sip app is all you need on the n800. If you don;t already have sip accounts then signup with like Voipbuster.com and get 2 accounts one for the pc and one for the n800 . setup x-lite to voipbusters setings and then the same on the n800.
