There are some similar threads (try a search) to this, most seem to relate to it being plug in into power. It is worth unplugging the power cord, then pulling the battery out for a few secs then putting it back again. Good luck.

As it comes from the factory, the battery is NOT charged.
You are to charge it before using.
Plug in the charger, and charge for at least half an hour.
Then unplug the charger and boot the N800.
After it boots, plug the charger back in until it is completely charged.

i got my N800 3hrs ago, plugged the battery inside, turned it on and it was GREAT.
I was stunned by the crisp display and everything.
30 Minutes ago, I hold the Power button until the N800 turned off.
Now I'm trying to turn it on by pressing the Power button,
but nothing happens!
I did plug it onto the power cable, did press the Power button very long,
nothing works!
Please help me.
