Is it possible (aka. possible to make a package) to install only KOffice without installing the whole KDE?

Well anything is possible (kinda).
But you still need KDE libs, KDE base, QT. So it may be somewhat smaller but not a lot.
The other issue is you would have hildonize things.
So yes anything is possible, however not very likely. Its definetly not something I am pursuing..
