Hi!

i dont know if this has been posted here before, if it has then im sorry and please point me in the right direction.

I just got my N810 yesterday (friggin awesome device!) and i have been trying to connect to the internet through my phones BT ever since, but so far have been unsuccessful. Following is the hardware i am using:

Sony Ericcson K790i
Nokia N810
T-mobile with unlimited data plan
USA

Now the problem is that the 810 connects to the phone using bluetooth but it does not open any websites in the browser, the messenger doesnt connect and all other internet related fuctions remain unoperable.

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me out or point me in the right direction!

Try setting your various connection proxies to:
getmorespeed.voicestream.com:8080

Proxies are set when you edit/create a connection in connection manager.

I tried both your methods, but to no avail

Right now I am signed up for T-Zones which is a $5.99 per month. According to this website, the APN for T-Zones is wap.voicestream.com.

Question, Do I need to buy the Total Internet service from T-Mobile, it is $19.99 per month?

Does anyonelse have a Sony Ericcson K790 with which they are trying to pair their N810? Please help!

@Here.David

What proxy are you using with your settings? And also which phone are you pairing your N810 with?

Gah, of course the proxy name won't work when you don't have non-proxy DNS access. My bad

Glad to hear it worked!
