My Nokia 770 is just not turning on.

I think this happened to me once before and I had to plug it into my computer while I pressed a combination of buttons.

Can someone please help me and tell me what I should be pressing?

Thank you!

Try removing the battery for a few minutes.

I took it out, but not for a few minutes.

Does that really work?

I removed the battery for like a half hour. Now, I replaced the battery and plugged the Nokia 770 back into the wall. The white Nokia screen comes on and then a screen that says "Charging Battery" comes on - but it never advances beyond that.

After a lot of that, it now says "Battery Full" - I removed the battery for over 3 minutes and then replaced it, yet, the Nokia 770 will not turn on - even if it's plugged into the wall.

Please help me.

Ok, dumb question, but are you holding the power button down for several seconds and not just temporarily pushing it? Otherwise it sounds like the power switch is dead which means you won't be able to turn it on.
