Anyone else notice this?

The default mail app tags mail on the GMail POP server as downloaded even though told to leave it on the server.

Here's the thing: I want to see all email go through my Thunderbird client on the box at home. If I use the N800's default mail client, it will tag all the mail on my GMail account as downloaded, which means Thunderbird doesn't download it later. This is the interaction between the N800 mail app, and GMail. It doesn't apply to other mail apps on the N800, and it doesn't apply to other POP servers. Any thoughts on this?
