As a left-hander I've always found the on-screen keyboard on the 770 and N800 to be incredibly restrictive and slow (and I hate handwriting!). On the other hand, I'm used to using FITALY text entry from time using PalmOS devices. And I need a word processor. As KDE seems to be in beta, I've got one big question: can anyone tell me if the Maemo/X11 port of xkbd (the on-screen X11 keyboard -- which comes with a FITALY layout option) works with the Maemo port of KDE?
(The combination of Koffice with a 60-word-per-minute on-screen text entry system is more than a little bit tempting ...)
