I slapped one together that will do but is not pretty or exact--but close. I used the image from the link above and did some seriously bad photoshopping. It will work for me. If anyone wants to have it you may get it from the link below. I don't have a metric ruler to see how off that side is. Please, I know it's a poor job, so keep the insults to yourself.
