Few months ago I bought a tablet from user here and ever since that I was quite happy with it, but recently it developed some problems, the [Swap], the [T] and the [.] stopped working (not even a clicking sound like the other keys when pressed). Naturally I blamed a recent test of the Android for N810 that took my screen-clicking sounds, but while that was fixed with reflashing the N810 (5.2, then 4.2 to see if it helps any, now back to 5.2), the key problem is still there.
Very few times (twice total in 4 days of long testing), the keys came back to life, I could type a bit with them, but then they got back to be stuck again.
When I flashed the device, I noted that I don't have to press the swap key in order to turn the N810 into update mode, just inserting the us cable and starting it was all I needed, and that made me think that the swap key might be stuck and due some rollover problem, it took the [T] and [.] with them, but since I can't test what would happen when I not press the swab button, I can't be sure of that.
If anyone here has (or better, had) similar problems with their N810 and found a way to fix it (or know how much Nokia charges to fix it), I'm looking forward to your replay. I hope you can bring my small friend back to full working order.
