Just no, there is no fully functional PSP emulator for PC and the DS one needs a +3.00GHz processor to run smootly.

@Bensmart: Well, I have to admit it's cool to see you put your money where you mouth is. The bad news is the only emu out of the whole list you'll see is the N64 emu, since it already exists in some form. the good news is I think you'll get to hold onto your cash.
