You have to visit www.devicescape.com then click on the upper side on
"My Devicescape" and on the next page enter your login (email address) and password.
Once you logged in click on "My Devices" and when you see your device listed, check it
(put the checkmark on) and click on the RE-ACTIVATE button.
That should do the trick.

i've tried a few different ways to fix it, but it couldn't get through
