Just formatted the N810's internal nand as ext2 (with noatime) as I'd like to look into running executables from there.
AFAI remember after all the discussion that's gone on re filesystems (FAT, ext2, ext3, reiserfs no journalling, etc) I think the general consensus went with ext2 + a few tweaks.
Tried a search online for YAFFS which is better for NAND flash memory (according to the relevant FAQs) but it yielded nothing.
So yeah - anyone think it's worth looking into YAFFS for maemo?
