Hi,
Is there some desktop applications for looking for strings , file in N900 local FileSystems ?

I know there is grep or find thru xterm but it would cool to do it thru a widget for example.

You could try either Emelfm2 or Midnight commander

Neither are perfect but can be very useful if you prefer gui to the xterm.

Both are available in the repos, can't recall if they are in maemo testing, devel, or extras. but thay are there.

Thanks for answers , i tried Emelfm2 or Midnight commander, they 're not user friendly.
