Are tthere any file sharing apps for Os2008 like limewire out there?

Nicotine for P2P and Transmission for your torrents. I've had zero success in getting Nicotine to work though, and Transmission has performance issues when dealing with large files.

I think the iT isn't the ideal device for this sort of online activity.

I use deluge (http://deluge-torrent.org/) on my laptop and connect to its web UI from the tablet.

At least for keyword "limewire" you'll get a lot of answers.
