I can't seem to change my avatar or signature on my user CP.
Has this been disabled?

I think it may be restricted for brand-spanking-new users, to curb resources used by spammers...

Not sure.

How new is brand-spanking?

I'm a newbie now, but trust me, as soon as I know something, I will contribute frequently!

I'd love to use my standard avatar, but I guess I am too new for the option to be enabled in my profile - here it is (would obviously need to be scaled-down)

Sigs are unavailable until 5 posts; I assume avatars are similar... I just never got around to it till I had a few hundred posts, so I don't really know.
