Ok...
I know it can be done, I saw it with my own eyes... my boss did it.
I go to bluetooth settings in my BB, it gives me a option to export my contacts to N810, I do it, it transfers, I save it to my documents folder on 8830, it attempts to import them into contacts on N810, it fails every time, and I have tried many many times....
I have tried importing the file in through tools menu also, but no luck there either...
What am I doing wrong?
My boss did it with his 8830 and N810, it was flawless and quick...
Let me know your thoughts.

Here's one thing to check: on the BB, under Settings/Options/Bluetooth select your N810. Then, look in Device Properties and turn off Encryption. I just did that to pair my N800 and BB 8700. Once encryption was turned off, it worked.
