Actually not so much in the control panel, but in the internal mapping program on the GPS (satellite) icon has a nice direction indicator and it includes speed.

Great Replays, I am agree with you tz1 the internal mapping program on the GPS (satellite) icon has a nice direction indicator and it includes speed.
But would be more nicer if you can customize your own Gauges

I was driving and tried to use that feature but the refresh rate is very slow and my GPS keep disconnecting in intervals, especially at turns.
I was looking around and thought that N810 GPS may provide a Speedometer information while Navigation.
The same which integrated in Garmin Nuvi Series.
Any one can figure that out
will be a very nice Gadget.
