Hello
I just received my 810 on Monday. Last night as I tried to connect to the internet via my wireless router for the 1st time my nokia went into a reboot loop. Rarely making it to the desktop screen before rebooting again. Powering down doesnt work. Only taking the battery out works. I also took out minisd card which didn't change anything. Considering I just got it I can ship it back to place of purchase for repair or refund.
Do I return it?
Do I contact nokia for support?
Do I try to reflash? if yes how?
thanks

p.s.- I saw a recent post but thought starting a new thread with my specifics was best.

I had a similar problem with my new Nokia N810 which came today. It all worked OK except when I slid the keyboard out. Then it went into a reboot loop. I updated to the latest firmware using the Internet Software wizard on my PC and the problem seems to have gone away. Thankfully I searched the newsgroups before thinking of returning the N810. BTW, the internet experience is mega better than my old pocket PC. I can even play the footy clips on the Beeb
