After flashing Diablo, the Nokia LD-3W won't be seen by the N800 if I run it from the old OS on the SD (dual booted). Map will refuse to see the LD-3W. But strangely map can be run from flash.

I have deleted/paired back the LD-3W but it looks like map can not be run from the old OS anymore. Does anyone have the same problem?

Mine works fine too, but I'm not running from SD. It could be a kernel incompatibility between the two OS versions (IIRC you boot the kernel in the on-board flash even when running with SD rootfs) - does bluetooth in general work reliably on the old OS now?

Bluetooth works very reliably on 51-3, my old OS. (remember to re-name devices with no spaces in between! Like "Nokia LD-3W" to "LD-3W" and such!)

One strange thing is that after flashing Diablo and then booting the image from SD, I could not see the OS and version from "About product" in "Control Panel" anymore. Weird!

Added: MAP is fine with Diablo. I was asking about MAP and old OS. I am downloading new maps...... I can live with running MAP on Diablo !

Also, I now know how to fix the problem. While you are in MAP, delete the LD-3W in bluetooth device list. MAP then will try to re-connect and you can pair the LD-3W at that time. MAP will be OK after that.
