Well, I've never had any such experience, but first I'd try with the phone (and any other BT devices in the area) turned off, so connecting fails cleanly before it can crash. If that doesn't work, see if you can get it into offline mode before it crashes?

Sounds like the device is running out of battery. Charge it?
It will let you open something as soon as it starts up but then when the bluetooth starts it shuts down.
Can anyone help me with this problem. I have only just got this machine last night and this happens.
