It would still help to explain what the reason was. Other users might have the same problem and stumble upon this thread while searching the forum. So they would be happy to find a thread with an actual solution, instead of the usual threads saying "please search the forum (because it has already been answered in _one_ of the _dozens_ of threads that turn up when you search the forum)".
