This is vague, please elaborate a lot more... You don't even provide a link to Maemo_Diablo_Reference_Manual_for_maemo_4.1 so it is really hard to understand what you're trying to do at all.
Step by step explanation please.

Tried running with run-standalone.sh ./libosso-example-sync ? ("./" because I assume you're running from the same dir as where the executable is located. I also assume that this is in scratchbox)

sorry! i didn't make it clearly. this example locates in in section 7.3.2 in Maemo_Diablo_Reference_Manual_for_maemo_4.1. when the program try to initialize osso context using 'osso_initialize()', the return value is null, so the program corrupted. by the way, i run the program in scratchbox using the command 'run-standalone.sh ./libosso-rpc-sync'. thanks!

Do you have Application Framework (and thus D-BUS) running?

See:

i am sure the D-BUS is running. my running command is as followed:
[sbox-DIABLO_ARMEL: ~/src/libosso/rpc] > run-standalone.sh ./libosso-rpc-sync
Initializing LibOSSO
libosso-rpc-sync[24940]: GLIB ERROR ** default - Failed to initialize LibOSSO

aborting...
qemu: uncaught target signal 6 (Aborted) - exiting

maybe my maemo enviroment doesn't configure correctly. but i don't know where.
keep waitting for help...
