I wonder if there anny app that can show analysis in a graphical way.
Some music tuners look on the pitch, but they don't provide much info.
On linux there is an interesting app called LiarLiar, that analize voice stress.
But a graphical interface it's usefull not only in voice streess analysis but also for people who are into singing a capella.
Also maybe some more professional recording app could have this feature.

Personally I'd use Octave to do this sort of thing, but it's a programming language + set of tools for array/matrix analysis (e.g. sound data) not an end-user app. I should also add that I'd want to write all of the analysis code myself, hence my wanting to use the basic tools in Octave. It can also display data though using gnuplot. Are you programming literate?

Slight hinderance atm is getting Octave compiled and packaged, though there is an older version floating about still.
