Congrats man.

A sizeable portion of your presentation was over my head for sure, but I got most of it and it was very well-received.

Also, it's almost universally true that you did well when you get unprompted applause , so, way to go!

I just went through the pdf. That was really interesting, gave me a better sense of Mer's place, even of Maemo's, in the open source world.

For anyone who chooses to go through the pdf, I recommend you start on Page 21. Pages 21-40 is the same as 1-20 except it includes Carsten Munk's (i.e., stskeeps') comments and the slides rather than just the slides.

Sweet! I cant wait till version 1.0!

Just a very quick question, will Mer be reverse compatible with all (most?) Maemo apps? People say both ways...

Our APIs are Fremantle. Your mileage may vary. But we intend to align as close as we can to Fremantle APIs.
