Noob here, just bought an N810. Brand new out of the box (or a fresh flash of OS2008), what would you all say are the top 20 things to do to get this thing working it's best?

(not in order of importance)
1) rDesktop
2) Maemo Mapper
3) external 16gb MicroSD card w/ Mini adaptor Newegg $54 shipped, Internal memory is soldered in and cannot be upgraded
4)
5)
6)
...

from another thread (I haven't checked them out yet):
1) becomeroot, getroot, whatever root
2) emelfm2
3) simple launcher
4) DBus-Swithboard
5) Personal Menu
6) OpenSSH
Personnal Menu,
OM Weather,
Skype.
Google Talk with sms,
weather and traffic overlays for Maemo Maps,
Vagalume (last.fm),
Abiword (to load word docs), Gnumeric ( to load Excel spreadsheets),
MyTube (to view You Tube),
Pigin (for instant messages),
Quiver Image Viewer,
WiFiInfo and
DBus Switchboard.

My Top 3:

1) Control the lights, heat, alarm and media throughout your house.
2) Build the tablet into a robot, for doing tricks, videoconferencing or talking to your kids.
3) Attach some high altitude balloons and some instrumentation, send the tablet into space.

Those are awesome mods! this thing just keeps getting more interesting...

I did say "out of the box" but I was more talking in the literal sense . Like when I reformat one of my XP machines to clear out the system clutter, I have a list of programs to load and settings to change to get them up to snuff, usually takes less than an hour and gives the computer that "new car" feel with everything optimized and exactly where I want it. That sort of thing. I have a feeling that I will be reflashing this thing often, just trying to create list as I get my feet wet...

Thanks for any input!
