Yuck all the way around...
HP products, never again in my house...lousy customer support!
As well as AT&T, for the wireless service...far more spendy than it needs to be.
I will stick to my original Acer Aspire One with XP and wifi...

Actually I don't intend to join any broadband network. Plus you can always replace the XP with Linux. A good deal is a good deal.

I found ASUS eeePC 900 refurbished for $189 no HD... Nay, the HP is till a better deal, wow, less than 2 HR, all snapped up. Oh well, next time,

I think you are going to be stick in the activation or registration process...
as far as getting around the AT&T signup.

It does come with wi-fi capabilities. There is no need to activate 3G. The first thing I'll do is to upgrade the memory to 2gb.
