It's Nokia Siemens Networks 50% owned by Nokia and 50% by Siemens. And yes it will strengthen NSN in N. America but it doesn't really affect Nokia

No, it won't strengthen Nokia's presence/position in North America. Unsubsidized pricing in this economy where people are used to getting $500 dollar phones for much, much less...

LTE is the draw though.
