I know there have been posts about this before, but i cant seem to find what im looking for.

Im not a major audiophile but i want my music to sound as good as it can on the n810, ive been searching everywhere for wired or wireless 3.5mm headphones with a mic but all i seem to find to find are the crappy apple headphones. i personally like having in-ear headphones since they are comfortable and dont drop out of your ear every 5 minutes so are there any with a mic so i can use them with my n810? also can i buy a stereo bluetooth headset and use that?

I'm not sure about the earphones with a mic but I currently use stereo bluetooth headphones and they work if you enable a2dp and listen to audio through mplayer. I set up canola to use mplayer so I everything I listen to on canola will play through my bluetooth headphones.

yes i have the same question, it would be great to find a headset i can work out without them falling out of my ears, kinda like a earbud headset that someone has tried and liked on their NIT

Try VModa.

I've seen them on Amazaon.com.

Why do you want a mic? There is a built in mic on the N810, so VOIP works with any old headphones. I mean, the only advantage is that you can put the N810 in your pocket, but then you look like a idiot talking to yourself. IMO of course.

Those VModa look nice though...

Nokia recently released a new wired headset (with what look like in ear canal earpieces) that includes the n810 on its compatibility list. They're a bit hard to find at the moment, but I saw a couple German web sites advertising them for around 12 Euros.
