Hi to all,

I have now received my n900,and I am very pleased with it.

I do need a little help with the e-mail setup.
In a browser I would type www.mail.com, Then my email address
blogs@email.com plus password and I am able to read and send.

If I select mail, new,it asks for the country of the network provider.

If I chose USA where mail.com are based it is not listed in the drop down menu's
If I chose telefonica (Ilive in the canaries) and fill in user name password and
blogs@email.com it reports error in password or email address.
The same applies if I use other with my e-mail information.

I am using wifi not 3G,

Thank you for any help

I have never used Mail.com, but they appear to be a webmail provider. You should be able to use the web browser on your N900 to access your email there. Have you tried this? Does it work? If there are problems, would you please provide specific information on what those problems are?

The email application on the N900 requires that your mail provider support either IMAP or POP3, two non-webmail standards. From what I can tell, Mail.com does not support IMAP and only supports POP3 if you have a "Premium", paid-for account. Do you have a premium account? If so, please post saying so as it should be possible to get such an account working with the N900's email application.
