I've tried deleting and re-importing the certificates and restarted the device, but it still doesn't work. All certificates are shown in the Certificate Manager, and the key3.db and cert8.db files in /home/user/.mozilla/microb/ got updated after I've re-imported the certificates.
It was working fine including the client certificate before I upgraded to PR1.1.
