How about making the title reflect the fact that its another of those questions without an answer - which has been asked sooooo many times now.

Making a new thread will not generate any definitive answer by itself.

I've heard that Nokia N900 is going for a delay for October release. There are rumours spreading around the cyber world. One of the guy in UK told me that he got told by the retailer that the device won't be coming this October or maybe end of October. They keep changing its release date. from 1st October to 19 and now to 29 October, and now 1st November. Don't expecting this to be out that soon. Nokia may be playing a backup card right now, they announced it but their current flag ship (N97 and N97-mini) is yet to be reached their selling point. So I guess until the N97-mini made into the market and creates some good profit then don't expect the N900 to be released by this month.

My guess is, NOKIA might consider releasing it sometimes in November maybe just before December period. Hope they release it to ASIA at the same time as well. Cos I want this device badly.

Since Nokia taking this long to let go of their new born beast, Why don't they just adding a Multi-touch hardware or change the screen to OLED. lol. Though this will make the device the best device ever from Nokia and Will **** and piss on the Iphone fair and square.

I was in Nokia Shop in London (Regent street) yesterday, and I asked the clerk some questions. They didn't have a demo model, and it will be sold in UK on 2nd of November, as UK usually is a bit later, it comes a bit earlier in mainland Europe.

And they've put up the price of the Vodafone PAYG option from £393 to £450 (the same as "Sim Free"). I thought that price sounded too good to be true.
