It comes with Ovi Maps. I imagine other commercial mapping programs will become available after the phone is available.

Note that Ovi Maps doesn't have turn-by-turn navigation.

Same here, upgrading from N95 using Garmin Mobile XT. Seems to be the only thing missing that would impact me, I'll hope that it's implemented soon and not need to buy a standalone unit or use two phones.
