while I'm not unfamiliar with the forum package (which seem to be phpBB), I still couldn't find a way to delete this account.
it should be easy to change usernames from admin panel, I'll wait until someone with enough privilege notices this thread.

It's vBulletin actually, although I don't know if that has a rename or delete feature.

it does have a delete feature; look under "your account"; worked for me.

Rename isn't available. Otherwise 'aflegg' would've become 'Jaffa' and I'd still have a UID of 79 :-)
