I have just received my possibly new nokia 770 from nokiausa.com today. I am concerned that I have received either a used or refurbished unit. Opening the FedEx box the nokia box was thrown in with some air pouches for protection. The Nokia box itself was slightly damaged on one side. Comparing the 'Sales Package Content' list from the nokia site with what was in the box and I was suprised to find only one stylus pen, and no travel charger. It seems obvious to me that since I'm missing accessories for the 770 that this unit was refurbished. Just wanted to check 770 with owners to see 1. Is the travel charger part of the default package? 2. Should I return this unit to nokiausa and demand a new one since this obviously seems used? The 770 itself has no cosmetic flaws that I've noticed yet. I've yet to actually power the device on because of work, but I will be home in a few hours to investigate my new toy. Thanks in advance for any advice.

My unit that I bought from CompUSA came with a wall charger, but no travel charger, not really sure what a travel charger is in this case; maybe a 12v car charger? That I didn't get, but I did get 2 stylus with it. If the unit looks fine and works I not sure I'd send it back, US law doesn't allow a company to sell a refurb or used product as new, of course doesn't mean Nokia didn't do that, the 770 is reaching end of life. I would just call Nokia and tell them the unit you got is missing the second styles, they'll probably just send you a styles.
