I have two N900 nokia tablets one for personal use and one for testing things.. .last friday i faced a diff. problem HASH SOME.... i have spent a full day but unable to solve this.. .
then i update the other one and got the same problem.. .Kindly wait for this do not flash,reset your tablet.. .if you clear your device your app. mangr will work but only for some time.. .because servers are down.. .and every one in that area faced the same problem.. .so please please w8 for servers.. .thnks

helo this solution is only for those who had some thing to update in app manager related to your software i.e i had 3 updates angry birds,mplayer etc and i update my app. manager several times but only 10,12 applictions appears in download.. .and rest were fialed due to hash some.. .if u have updates..

go to xterminal type the following commands almost 95% applications must be appear

sudo gainroot
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get -f


if you want some thing more related to your pakages type :

apt-get -u












if you want cssu or meego in your N900 reply me i'll guide you.. .

hash some mismatch caused due to following things :

installing kernel of different OS and uninstalling/removal of them.
open app managermore than 3,4 times with out any access of internet.
unnecessarily update application catalogs.

please avoid these queries to your tablet.. .
