photoshopping is an art that needs a lot of practice and testing. or very good tutorials. that is why i just stay and finetune RAW-files and let others do the shoppin

You could try to post the 'source code', i.e. the psd file somewhere; in a community like this it's always possible that someone with photoshop skills could help out.

I've been trying to create a Guinness themed loopable wallpaper for my N900 (when it finally arrives!).
Here is what I have so far, as you will see I am no photoshopper, I know it's not great, but it's a start.
I'd appreciate any thought's feed back please.
Not sure I like the sparkly line, just added it to add to the "loopable" effect.
Pints 2-4 have different PS effects added to them.
I wish I was good at photoshop - some of the things I see people create are amazing (and that's just simple stuff that they could do in a morning). I've tried following many tutorials over the years, but never really got the hang of it. Without someone/something telling me what/how to do something I'm a bit stuck lol. So any feedback/constructive critisism would be much appreciated.
