Hello people,

I have been reading posts here and everywhere on the internet since I ordered my device about 3 weeks ago (yes it is taking that long because I ordered it from the US and I am in Finland and the cost difference is noticeable).

I just wanted to share my excitement with the rest of the community. I have been so excited about this device and these three weeks have been real tough especially because I have not been busy! It is currently at Finnish customs for clearance!

Anybody feeling the same restlessness?

Hey,

Same for me, been waiting for this phone to be available with a contract here in Germany for a long time. Good a good deal on monday. I hope it will be shipped tomorrow and I can hold it in my hands on monday/tuesday

im still waiting for the big FW update but am getting restless. It depends which comes first FW update or UK stores giving competitive contracts. From reading on this board T-Mobile have the best web deals so am holding out for the time being. i cant remember when i first read about the n900 but it has been a lot longer than 3 weeks and its killing me

That's a bit strange....it goes from the USA to Canada...back to the US and then to Finland.

It was misrouted to Canada

Lovely. Just lovely! I got the package today after almost a month of waiting and guess what? The phone is not there! The customs office didn't make me open the package so I just picked it up and came back home. On the way I realized that it felt light but I thought maybe I am just being paranoid. I came back home, opened it and saw that the N900 box was there with the cables but no phone! After paying 99 euros in VAT! I should have just bought it from here. After the VAT, it cost the same as it would have had I bought it here. Such a mistake!

This is so depressing. 550 euros I hope I get a refund from PayPal or the sender for the item and from Finnish Customs for the VAT!
