Not yet. A few stores claim to have it in their online shops, but they don't yet have it in stock when you actually go there.
So it all depends on when you come to Vienna.... They may have it by then - or not.
One of the shops that show it on their homepages is the Hartlauer-store at Mariahilferstr. 61 (phone +43/1/5810438). They're not cheap (€ 679,95), but this one store is also listed as a certified Nokia N-Series partner.
The other strategy would be to simply check the N-Series partners in Vienna from this list. (The list is sorted by location, Vienna on top.)

I will be visiting Vienna for 2 weeks and wish to buy an N900 outright (unlocked and without contract). It is not available in Australia.
Can anyone suggest a store in Vienna that have stock will sell tax-free for international travellers ?
