Ok so i'v had my phone a few months n there is already some light scratches on it!!! and i dn what from coz i never put it in my pocket with anything like keys!

Is there a way to get rid of em or am i stuck with them for 2 years lol! can u like polish them away or summit?

I have similar scratches. i think they are the result of the use of the stylus.

Where are your screen protectors people? I would not dream using n900 without one.

My screen is covered in little scratches but I think mine are casued by tiny specs of dirt on my fingernails as I don't often use the stylus.

I also considered polishing out the scratches when I spotted a scratch removing polish for plastics at the local aquarium shop. Don't think it is worth it though as I can only see the scratches if I look for them and it will only scratch again.

no point keeping ur phone wrapped in cotton wool. i have them aswell, from stylus use. very small... cant see them normally.

i can see mine all the time though specially when on a white backround it makes the colours along the scratch go a rainbowy colour x mines reall quite noticable..... hmmm

When a 6 pack of screen protectors is £3 why not? I change protectors once a month to have a shiny as new screen

same for me. Screen protector (after the event) covered up one of two rainbow lines but not the other.

I saw a youtube video that showed a guy using the stylus, a finger nail, and even car keyz on the n900 and no scratches shoed up. thats y i didnt get a screen protector. i think i am gonna get one now that i have these lil annoying scratches

Hi, is there anyplace that sell a replacement outer screen, from what i have seen from disassembly videos its a thin bit of plactic with a tint. I would like this to replace my scratched screen.
