Hi

Quick question.... I am not sure if this is normal, i have to reboot my device everytime when I installed a new apps, if not I will just see a new blue square icon on my desktop instead of the icon from the apps?

Anyone?

That's pretty normal. Personally I just ignore it, the apps work perfectly well whether there's a proper icon or not.

Hmm, that is what I thought so too... glad it work :> only thing is the icon don;t reflect to the apps icon. Before this last firmware, I do know the icon did show correctly without have to reboot. I guess maybe they fix something and break other :>

It didn't on mine - the old firmware acted exactly the same as the current, requiring a reboot to show new icons (or a very long wait).

It will be probably fixed in PR1.2, or at least I hope so.
@radiowc You don't have to manually reboot your phone after every setup, apps can be properly used even without any icons
