Like the title says, how do I get videos on to my N900?
PC Suite video manager doesn't detect my phone so it won't transfer videos.
I have videos that I ripped and converted myself to use with my 3rd gen iPod nano. Can I transfer those and if so, how? I also have the full sized videos I used to make my nano copies, do I use those to transfer?
Noob here so don't hate pleez.

I use 'Handbrake' to convert my videos. Totally free program (just search google). Using the regular high profile settings (pull out menu to the right), and make sure you change the output settings of the video codec to Mpeg4 (left hand side). They will play perfectly on your N900 everytime!

Cool I have been looking for something like this. I had a 'preloaded' trailer for the Movie '9' on my phone...it is in MP4 format and is CRYSTAL CLEAR !!!
Would you recommend handbrake for that as well or is there a thread on "To create the perfect sized, optimized high quality videos for your n900 you .............?"
