Why not posting details in the open? Not that I'm interested, but I think that it can spark some interesting discussions (and you may avoid to duplicate work if something similar already exist...)

what is your hourly rate? It should be at least 80 dollars an hour for US based developer

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?
