When I go to "other", I now have a ton of apps and games installed. Which takes me to ages to scroll.

I imagine this would get even bigger in the future.

Is there any way I can create new folders in the "Other" menu?

Such as "Games" folder and move all game apps into there?

Maybe with a customised icon too?

Anything like this coming? Would be really useful

It's actually quite easy to create new folders..

It's all laid out here.

http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=37874

Basically:

1. Create new folder icon by creating another .directory file at:
/usr/share/applications/hildon

2. Then edit the menu file appropriately:
/etc/xdg/menus/hildon.menu
