Hi. The problem is I cant figure out how to install aps from maemo.org or maemo.nokia. I have tried from the PC - no result, from the phone - it showes "the packet of applications not found". Help me please, the ovi store is working fine though...

It's because of the server moves, you can use mirror repositories.
http://espejo.freemoe.org/
Theres instructions on the website how to add them .
Also, http://wiki.maemo.org/Mirrors

It even searches for you when creating a new thread

I can't imagine anything will be sorted today - it IS Sunday after all. Use the mirrors. Enable extras-testing and -devel at your own risk etc etc.

Hopefully all will be back to normal on Monday or Tuesday...
