with maemo, click del from the bar and select as many files u needed and ok to finish it,
iphones option looks good for single files.. 1 steps lesser ( confirmation)
I've been facing this problem with deleting files, texts ,etc...
I think it can be made much simpler and faster to use.
for example the iPhone(all you need to do is slide your finger on the file to delete it).
the process of holding and waiting for the menu to show up then choosing delete and the conforming is consuming alot of time.
i guess all users will appreciate a faster way to delete undesired files.
