Every 30secs or so, I have a notification:

"can't send or receive messages.
device memory full.
Free user space and try again."

I have messages that won't delete from Conversations on the N900. Pressing Delete, or "Clear Conversation" does nothing.

I think this is a bug which is causing a memory leak.

My rootfs is 70% full. (seen via df).

I have disabled extras-testing/devel, I have almost zero applications installed, python is optified...

Is there a way to reset the N900 through the phone?? (No reflash, since USB port broken).

Where is Conversations stored in the filesystem??/ Can I empty it via SSH or thru x-term???

Deleting:

/home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger/el.db

(And everything else in that folder and subfolders)

Then restarting, seems to have fixed it.

Also, deleting contents of osso folders seems to have helped.

I'm really sorry but can you please do a step by step guide how you deleted that file

/home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger/el.db

I’m a new user to maemo 5

I’ve used ubuntu before but not maemo 5

I have tried to research but after spending £500 on a phone that lasted one day and can’t receive text message. You could start to pull your hair out.

Thank you in advance
