OK, few reeboots and CPU ok now....

Looks loke some of the repos are down at the moment alot of people are haing trouble updating spraradically.

tried battery out etc, still no joy.
then i look at the CPU useage in conky and its 100% being used by hildon-status-menu.
whats going on???
Any help to either prob appreciated!
