Hi

I have downloaded a viewer edition of DTG.

Wanted to know if there is any incompatibility between Gnumeric and DTG.

I am not able to open spreadsheet in DTG once created thru Gnumeric, its showing unknown error.

Does anybody know a solution.

thanks

What document format are you saving your spreadsheet in? Gnumeric allows multiple formats and I'm assuming not all of them can be read by DTG.

The format you are specifying seems appropriate. Here is a list of supported formats by DTG.

To be honest I use gnumeric but not DTG so I won't be able to test this issue. I hope someone else can double check that this is not specific to you.

I suggest as a test you could create a document of the same format using excel or open office spreadsheet and transfer that to your device to see if that opens.

I'm curious though why you need DTG viewer with the presence of gnumeric.

I also used Gnumeric will creating docs but will viewing its not very scrolling. DTG can be scrolled normally from the centre of the screen, while Gnumeric has to be scrolled thru the scrolled placing your finger acurately on the scroll bar.

I will continue to use Gnumeric to create documents and sheet but viewing is much better and user friendly on the DTG.
