The minimum time option for the device lock is after 5 min. there is any option to lock it directly?

Power button > Secure Device.

It locks for me automatically every time I move the slider at the right side, doesn't it work for you?

The slider is a different lock, guys. The slider just triggers the keyguard (screenguard these days?), the device lock referenced by the op (and manually switchable via power button > secure device) is the device lock which requires it's security pin entered to unlock.

Doubleclick the power button to lock, also.

Again, this is just the screenguard, and won't enforce the device lock that requires the pin to be entered.

It s an hw button managed by a software ... can be configured.

Might be wortth contacting the author of Tweakr to add secure device as an option for double press.
