I am trying to flash my Nokia N900, but it stops on 20% at here

Could you tell me what's the problem ?
I am using fourth Maemo 5 global version for flashing and eMMC content 10.2010.13-2, I have downloaded both files from here : http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/nokia_N900.php

Please help me
